QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICY
The FUNDITROF Management in its constant search to solve the needs of its clients at the highest level, is aware of the importance of quality and the environment in the current and future business environment, and therefore has implemented a Management System of Quality and Environment according to the standards UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015 and UNE- EN ISO 14001: 2015, for "THE DESIGN, PRODUCTION AND MARKETING OF SPORTS TROPHIES AND OTHER PROTOCOLARY AND ADVERTISING ITEMS".
The Management of FUNDITROF, SL adopts the decision to develop and publicly disseminate its Policy Statement which, from now on, will be part of the activities carried out by the company, and to adapt to the current and future needs of all parties interested parties (customers, suppliers, employees, public administrations, collaborators and society in general) and promote continuous improvement, FUNDITROF, SL acquires the commitment to provide a quality and safety service focused on full customer satisfaction, and the commitment with the environment.
- The basic concepts on which this policy is based are:
- Quality and correct environmental management is understood as the fulfillment of the commitments agreed with our clients, employees, suppliers, other collaborators and other interested parties.
- Quality and correct environmental management are understood as compliance with the legal requirements that apply to the company, and other requirements and with other requirements that the organization subscribes related to its environmental aspects.
- The satisfaction of our clients, employees, suppliers, and other collaborators, is the measure of our success.
- Preventive versus corrective attitude, that is, evaluating in advance the possible future repercussions that the exercise of our activities could cause on quality and the environment.
- Continuous improvement of our processes will improve FUNDITROF's quality and environmental management.
- Sustainable development and pollution prevention.
As a measure of action, the Quality Management System is applied, (developed in accordance with International Standards ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015) of the company in its broadest aspect, so that:
- Quality and the environment are managed within an internationally established framework that allows us to obtain and maintain a certification that verifies the adequacy of our processes.
- This policy constitutes the framework for planning through the establishment of the objectives of our management system.
- Each person is responsible for the quality and correct environmental management of their work, as well as its verification according to the established plans.
This policy must be disseminated, applied and updated at all levels of the organization. The Management of FUNDITROF, S. L. assumes the commitment and responsibilities that fall within its competence in the development of this Policy.
